Enderle & Moll

Germany

Enderle & Moll is a small, hands-on producer in Münchweier, Baden, founded in 2007. The estate is run by Florian Moll with Geraldine and cellar-master Maxence, and is best known for Pinot Noir, alongside Pinot Gris and Müller-Thurgau. Working old vines on steep slopes and historic terrace sites, they farm without formal certification but follow ecological, organic-style practices, often described as close to Demeter guidelines. In the cellar they take a low-intervention approach: spontaneous fermentations, long lees or skin contact in some wines, ageing in used barrels, and bottling unfiltered and unfined with low sulphur. The style is elegant, mineral, low-alcohol and terroir-driven, with a willingness to explore experimental whites and skin-contact wines.
