Domaine Lathuilière‑Gravallon

France

Domaine Lathuilière-Gravallon is a family-run Beaujolais estate at the tip of the Morgon cru, with a history dating to 1875. Since 2013, Cédric Lathuilière and Cathy Gravallon have led the domaine and continued the work of Cathy’s parents. Their vineyards span several Beaujolais appellations and include Gamay and Chardonnay. Viticulture is environmentally conscious, with HVE certification, no chemical herbicides, mechanical weeding, ploughing, grass cover, and hand harvesting. The domaine emphasizes terroir expression through careful sorting and traditional vinification, using oak vats, barrels, foudres, or demi-muids according to the wine. Its range includes expressive, naturally styled Beaujolais and more structured cuvées from old vines.
