Château de Calavon

France

Château de Calavon is a historic, family-owned estate in Lambesc, at the heart of Provence’s Pays d’Aix. The Audibert family has farmed and operated the property for five generations, producing wines and oils for more than 120 years. Its vineyards have been Ecocert-certified organic since 2013, with a strict focus on environmental respect. Working across diverse terroirs and exposures in the Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence and IGP Méditerranée areas, the estate uses varied grape varieties and cellar techniques, including concrete, French oak and semi-carbonic vinification. The wines are composed with an emphasis on aromatic complexity, precision, finesse and balance.
