Chantecotes Rouge

Founded in 1929 in Cairanne, Vaucluse, Cave de Cairanne is a cooperative owned by 65 winegrower members. The winery produces a range of Côtes du Rhône appellations from vineyards farmed through both organic and conventional viticulture, including organic and “sans soufre” wines. Its approach combines natural and sustainable practices with techniques such as cold maceration and careful grape sorting, under the direction of Camille Cayran.
