Bottega Vinaia

Italy

Bottega Vinaia is an estate-bottled Trentino line produced from selected, family-farmed vineyards in northern Italy. The high-altitude, low-yield sites reflect the region’s mountainous landscape and marked diurnal temperature variation, while the wines focus on authentic Trentino varieties and terroir. Established in the early 1990s by enologist Anselmo Martini, the brand operates within the Cavit Collection, a consortium of eleven wineries founded in 1957. Winemaking is led by Andrea Faustini, with production overseen by Fabrizio Marinconz since 2020. Collaboration with the Instituto Agrario provinciale, including student internships, supports an educational approach to sustainable farming; the producer also aligns with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals, without stated certifications.
