Benito Ferrara

Italy

Benito Ferrara is a fourth-generation family estate in Campania, run by Gabriella Ferrara and her husband Sergio Ambrosino. Rooted in Tufo for generations, the family farms vineyards in the Tufo area, known for Greco, and in Montemiletto for Aglianico. The estate is described as practicing sustainable viticulture, though no formal certification is cited. Its production centers on classic local appellations including Greco di Tufo, Fiano di Avelino and Taurasi. Winemaking is overseen by the family together with enologist Paolo Caciorgna, a student of Giulio Gambelli, reflecting a hands-on approach grounded in family continuity and regional tradition.
