Domaine Bonnardot is a family-owned Burgundy estate managed by Danièle Bonnardot and brothers Ludovic and Émilien Bonnardot across Villiers-la-Faye, Santenay, and Pommard. The estate farms organically, without chemicals, since 2015 and follows biodynamic practices, although neither approach is certified. All wines are made from estate-grown grapes, with individual plots producing only a few hundred bottles. The vineyards include a notable 7 hectares of Aligoté, alongside holdings in the Côte de Beaune, reflecting a plot-focused, artisanal approach to Burgundy winemaking.
