Andremily is a small-scale California producer founded and solely owned by winemaker Jim Binns, formerly cellar master at Sine Qua Non. Binns emphasizes meticulous vineyard and cellar work, with wines made using 65% whole-cluster fermentation and aged for approximately 31 months in 60% new French oak. The style seeks power, complexity, balance, and long aging potential.
