Weingut Heitlinger

Germany

Weingut Heitlinger is a VDP member in Baden’s Kraichgau region, owned by Heinz Heiler and the Heiler/Jacklin family since 2007. The estate is certified organic and biodynamic (Demeter), with a strong focus on biodiversity, living vineyards and terroir expression. Concentrating particularly on Burgunder varieties alongside Riesling, the winery uses gentle processing, minimal pumping and modern technology to preserve the natural character of the grapes. Its wines include fruit from VDP Große Lagen and Ortslagen. Winemaking is associated with managing director Claus Burmeister and winemaker Patrick Jacklin. The estate also includes a hotel, regional restaurant and modern winemaking and aging facilities.
