Producer

Seguinot-Bordet

France

Seguinot-Bordet is a family-run Chablis estate in Maligny, on the right bank of the Serein River, owned by the Bordet family since 1590. Today Jean-François Bordet leads the domaine as proprietor, winemaker, and vineyard manager. Certified HVE and sustainable, the estate emphasizes environmentally minded farming with zero-chemical treatments, horse-worked vineyards, and frost protection by candles and electric heating. In the cellar, the approach is low-intervention, using horizontal stainless-steel tanks, minimal oak, and no added sugar to produce a focused range of Chablis wines.
