Weingut Prinz is a family-owned Rheingau estate run and made by Sabine and Fred Prinz. The winery has practiced certified organic viticulture since 2013, with several wines carrying organic labels, and is a member of the VDP. Riesling is the principal focus, expressed mainly through dry wines alongside a smaller proportion of sweet bottlings.
