Oliverhill is a family-owned boutique producer in McLaren Vale’s Seaview subregion, run by Linda and Stuart Miller. With vineyards established in the 1970s, including the Jimmy Section and Nine Gums sites, the estate focuses on premium handcrafted wines, especially Shiraz, made in small lots with a hands-on approach from pruning to bottling. Stuart Miller serves as both winemaker and vineyard caretaker. Farming emphasizes vegan-friendly, low-intervention organic and biodynamic practices such as hand-pruning, hand-picking, undervine cultivation and native grass mid-rows, though the estate has no formal certification. The style is rooted in single-vineyard character and the distinctive conditions of McLaren Vale.
