Nik Weis – St. Urbans-Hof

Germany

Nik Weis (St. Urbans-Hof) is a family-owned Mosel estate founded in 1947 and now operated by third-generation Nikolaus “Nik” Weis. Working vineyards across the Mosel and Saar valleys, the estate focuses exclusively on Riesling, including fruit from four Grand Cru sites. Its low-yielding vineyards are hand-picked and managed with traditional methods in harmony with nature, supported by organic fertilisation, Sustainable and Organic certifications, and participation in the FAIR’N GREEN programme. The wines are fermented in stainless steel and matured in large 1,000-litre oak Fuder barrels, combining careful, environmentally conscious viticulture with a traditional regional style.
