Johanneshof Reinisch is a fourth-generation family estate in Tattendorf in Austria’s Thermenregion, with vineyards in both Tattendorf and Gumpoldskirchen. The Reinisch brothers—Hannes, Christian, and Michael—remain directly responsible for both vineyard work and winemaking, with Hannes leading cellar decisions. The estate is certified organic and is moving toward biodynamic farming, with an emphasis on sustainable, low-intervention viticulture and biodiversity. It is especially known for traditional local grapes such as Rotgipfler and Zierfandler alongside Pinot Noir and St. Laurent, producing site-specific wines in a restrained, classical style.
