Fourchaume Premier Cru Chablis

Domaine Jean-Pierre Grossot is a family-run estate in Fleys, Burgundy, managed by Corinne, Jean-Pierre and their daughter Eve Grossot across the third and fourth generations. The domaine farms organically under Ecocert certification, using severe pruning, grass cover, organic fertilisers, minimal copper and no synthetic chemicals. Vine cuttings are recycled for heating, while the wines are made with hand-harvested grapes, indigenous yeasts and vegan-friendly, natural practices. Chablis is fermented at low temperature in stainless steel and aged in tank, producing a clear expression of the estate’s vineyards, which include Chablis and Premier Cru sites.
