Domaine Vincent Pinard

France

Domaine Vincent Pinard is a 17-hectare family estate in Bué, Sancerre, owned and operated by brothers Florent and Clément Pinard, representing the 15th–16th generation of the family. The domaine produces around 96,000 bottles annually across 12 cuvées, with its flagship Florès accounting for roughly 35,000 bottles. Vineyards have been farmed organically since 2001 and biodynamically since 2016, employing no herbicides, insecticides, or anti-rot treatments. The estate holds Organic-in-Conversion certification (from 2022) and full organic certification for specific parcels, and the wines are vegan-friendly. This family-run operation preserves ancestral practices while embracing modern sustainable viticulture.
