Domaine Chasselay

France

Domaine Chasselay is a family-owned estate in Châtillon d’Azergues, Beaujolais, where Jean-Gilles Chasselay, his son Fabien and daughter Claire manage the vineyards and cellar. The family has cultivated vines here since 1464 and has practiced certified organic viticulture since around 2000, avoiding herbicides and sulfur. The domaine combines estate-grown grapes with purchased Beaujolais crus and produces a broad range of wines, reflecting the family’s hands-on approach and long connection to the region. It also operates an on-site table d’hôte.
