Château St Thomas is a family-owned Lebanese winery in the Bekaa Valley, with an estate on the eastern slopes of Mount Lebanon at around 1,000 metres. The Touma family combines sustainable, nature-focused farming with underground cellar facilities and modern fermentation and preservation technology. Saïd Touma contributes more than 50 years of experience in arak distillation and fermentation, while his son Joe-Assaad Touma, an agronomist and trained winemaker, leads the contemporary wine program. The winery also holds ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications and supports women’s inclusion and diversity in winemaking.
