Bodega Las Calzadas is a family-owned boutique winery in Cuenca’s Ribera del Júcar D.O., Castilla-La Mancha, led by owner-winemaker Daniel Sevilla alongside his father José Julián Sevilla, who manages the vineyards, and his mother Josefina Medina, who oversees tourism and branding. The estate works organically and has been certified organic since 2018, cultivating historic, low-yielding vineyards. Its artisanal approach includes natural-yeast fermentations and low-impact aging in historic clay amphorae, emphasizing a close connection between family, vineyard, and traditional winemaking.
