Founded in 1972 by Ángel Rodríguez Vidal in Castilla y León, Bodegas Ángel Rodríguez remains family-owned and is now managed by his daughter. The estate preserves historic pre-phylloxera Verdejo vines, cultivated through organic, dry-farmed practices with traditional head-pruning, hand-harvesting and minimal intervention. Its wines are made by Mª Concepción Rodríguez. The vineyards received CCPAE-Spain organic certification in 2022, reflecting the family’s commitment to careful, low-intervention farming and the preservation of local vine heritage.
