Adegas Arousa is a small, family-owned winery in Vilanova de Arousa, at the heart of the Valle del Salnés in Rías Baixas. Founded in 1999 by three local entrepreneurs whose parents were viticulturists, it focuses exclusively on Albariño. Grapes are hand-harvested in 20 kg boxes and processed the same day, with fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. The range includes young, classic, limited-edition and sparkling wines, with some cuvées receiving lees aging and the sparkling wines made by the méthode champenoise. Its wines include Pazo da Bouciña, Arte, Valdemonxes and Expresión.
