Founded and owned by Tim Wildman MW in 2014, Wildman Wine is a small-batch South Australian producer focused on natural, organic pét-nat sparkling wines. It works with organically managed vineyards in the Riverland, McLaren Vale and Adelaide Hills, using certified organic and biodynamic grapes, including Mediterranean varieties. Wildman oversees grower relationships, winemaking and the wider operation, bottling the wines young to preserve their freshness and vitality. Fermentation relies on wild yeast, with no additives, filtration, fining or sulphur, resulting in fun, fresh and fault-free wines such as Astro Bunny and Piggy Pop.
