Terres du Moutherot is a small, family-run winery in Moutherot, Franche-Comté, producing regional wines for more than 20 years. Owned by Mathieu Colin, the estate makes white, sparkling and Pinot Noir wines, as well as ratafia. Its vineyards are farmed responsibly and sustainably, with practices intended to respect nature and preserve the landscape, although no formal certification is reported. Winemaking and aging take place in a traditional cellar using oak barrels. The estate also offers vineyard and cellar visits with a sommelier and hosts open-door events.
