Sant'Evasio

Italy

Sant’Evasio is a third-generation family winery on the hills of Nizza Monferrato in Piedmont. Carlo Lacqua acquired the estate in the 1960s, and his son Pier Franco later led its modernization and growth. Today, Pier Franco works alongside Piero, Anna, Andrea and Emanuela Lacqua, sharing the family’s commitment to quality and to creating wines that leave a lasting impression. The estate’s vineyards surround the winery, with Barbera d’Asti at the heart of its production. In 1988, Piero and Anna introduced Rosignolo, a Barbera selection aged in barriques, while newer technologies have been combined with traditional methods.
