Founded in 1932 in Manduria, Puglia, Produttori Vini Manduria Salento is a cooperative consortium collectively owned by local wine producers. It brings together grapes from Manduria and the wider Salento area, with a focus on Primitivo di Manduria, including Riserva, alongside Negroamaro, Fiano and Chardonnay. Around half of its vineyards are cultivated using the traditional alberello, or tree-trained, system. The organization emphasizes quality and tradition and holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001, IFS BRC and E-QUALITAS Sustainable Company certifications. Its wines reflect the principal varieties of Salento.
