Paul Buecher is a family-owned, independent estate in Wettolsheim, Alsace, run by fourth-generation winemaker Jérôme Buecher. Its vineyards have been farmed organically since 2008 and certified organic since 2012, with a manual harvest lasting around five weeks. The domaine works across numerous parcels, including the Grand Crus Hengst, Brand and Sommerberg, producing more than twenty wines in Expression, Terroir and Prestige ranges. The wines span classic Alsace varieties, lieu-dit and Grand Cru bottlings, Crémant d’Alsace, and late-harvest cuvées. Expression wines emphasize freshness and fruit, while Terroir wines highlight the character and aging potential of individual sites; the Prestige range includes exceptional sparkling and sweet wines.
