Noelia Ricci is a family-run estate in Predappio, Romagna, rooted in the Pandolfa property acquired by Giuseppe Ricci in 1941 and now in its fourth generation. Inspired by Noelia Ricci’s belief in the land, the winery is owned by Paola Piscopo and run by Marco Cirese, who leads the wines. The estate works organically, with certified organic status from the 2021 vintage, and focuses on native Sangiovese and Trebbiano grown on distinctive clay, sand, sulfurous and calcareous soils influenced by both continental conditions and Adriatic breezes. The style emphasizes precision, elegance, territorial character, spontaneous fermentations, and minimal intervention.
