Mas de la Dame is a fourth-generation family estate at the foot of the Alpilles in Baux-de-Provence, managed by great-granddaughters Caroline Missoffe and Anne Poniatowski. The estate has farmed organically since 2003, with Ecocert-certified vinification and AB-labelled wines. Its vineyards lie on highly draining, stony clay-limestone soils shaped by the local microclimate and mistral. Vineyard work includes manual harvesting, mechanical soil cultivation, organic fertilisation, seasonal sheep grazing, and no insecticides or herbicides. The estate produces organic red, white, and rosé wines expressing the Alpilles terroir, alongside olive oils and other olive products. Whites and rosés are noted for aromatic freshness, while the reds are intense and receive further élevage in barrel.
