Gobillard & Fils is a family-run Champagne house founded in 1933 by Gervais Gobillard in Hautvillers, the historic village associated with Dom Pérignon. Now in its fourth to fifth generation, the house is jointly owned by the Gobillard and Trouillard families, with Hervé and Florence Gobillard and their children involved in its operation. Its approximately 33 hectares, mainly Premier Cru, are certified HVE Level 3. The estate cultivates Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, harvesting by hand and producing cuvées through a combination of traditional and modern cellar practices, including manual and automatic riddling. Winemaking is led by Thierry and Hervé Gobillard, with the range including single-parcel wines and micro-cuvées from the family vineyard.
