Georges Deschamps is an independent Chablis estate in Burgundy, run by the third generation of the Vrignaud family, with fifth-generation winemaker Guillaume Vrignaud overseeing production. The estate has practiced organic viticulture since 2009 and has been certified organic since 2012. Its limited, artisanal wines are made from hand-picked organic grapes using spontaneous fermentation, extended lees aging, and minimal sulphite addition, reflecting a low-intervention approach focused on careful, small-batch production.
