Domaine Vrignaud

France

Domaine Vrignaud is a five-generation family Chablis estate in Fontenay-près-Chablis, Burgundy, founded in 1955 and now owned and led by Guillaume Vrignaud. Working primarily with Chardonnay on Portlandian and Kimmeridgian soils, the domaine practices Ecocert-certified organic viticulture, using no synthetic fertilizers or chemicals, alongside cover crops, soil analysis and mineral amendments. Each parcel is harvested and vinified separately to express its individual terroir. Guillaume combines careful vineyard work with natural-minded winemaking and élevage on fine lees, producing Petit Chablis, Chablis, Premier Cru and Grand Cru wines marked by balance, minerality, power and aging potential.
