Domaine La Réméjeanne

France

La Rémejeanne is a family-run estate in Cadignac on the right bank of the Southern Rhône, managed by third-generation winemakers Olivier Klein and Juliette. Its vineyards are certified organic and worked manually without pesticides, using green manures, composts, gentle pruning and strict debudding. Set among woods on loess, sandy and limestone hillsides, the estate practices polyculture, with olive and fig trees alongside the vines. In the cellar, hand-harvested grapes are fermented with indigenous yeasts and handled with gentle extraction and minimal intervention; some reds include whole bunches. The wines are shaped by a pursuit of finesse, elegance, freshness and terroir expression. The domaine also produces organic olive oil and artisanal fig jam, continuing the agricultural traditions of the Klein family.
