Founded in 1988 by agricultural engineers Jean Tatin and Chantal Wilk, Domaine du Tremblay farms vineyards on the left bank of the Loire Valley. The family estate is now shaped by the next generation: their daughter, Maroussia Tatin, oversees winemaking, while Catherine Tremblay manages the tasting room and sales. Its vineyards span varied sandy, clay, gravel, limestone, and marl soils. The domaine practices organic, vegan, and natural winemaking, uses indigenous yeasts, and has planted hedges to encourage biodiversity, with full organic certification targeted for the 2025 vintage. Its wines are predominantly white, complemented by a smaller proportion of reds.
