Domaine Claude Nouveau is a sixth-generation family-run estate in Change, Burgundy, with vineyards in the Hautes Côtes de Beaune and Côte de Beaune. The domaine produces predominantly red wines alongside whites, with quality supported by short pruning, debudding, green harvesting and hand-picking to limit yields. Vineyard management includes ploughing, grass cover to control vigour and reasoned treatments, reflecting an environmentally conscious approach. The estate has held Level 3 High Environmental Value (HVE) certification since 2021.
