Cava Brut Rosé Tendre

Clos Amador is a family-owned winery in the heart of Central Penedès, named after its 18th-century owner, Señor Amador. The estate farms approximately nine hectares between Sant Sadurní d’Anoia and Vilafranca del Penedès, with vineyards also located in the Baix Penedès. At around 250 metres’ altitude, the vines grow in deep, water-retentive soils and are trained on espalier using Royat-style pruning or traditional basin methods, alongside pre-trimming and green trimming. Clos Amador focuses exclusively on Cava sparkling wines made by traditional methods.
