Chateau Roquevieille

France

Château Roquevieille is a family-run Bordeaux estate on a clay-limestone plateau, owned by the Palatin-Guibert family since Jean-Pierre Palatin acquired it in 1972. Today, his daughter Nathalie Guibert and son-in-law Thomas Guibert manage the property. The vineyard holds Agriculture Raisonnée certification and follows careful, eco-friendly practices including debudding, leaf-thinning, green harvesting and strict sorting. In the cellar, small temperature-controlled vats allow parcel selection, while long macerations, de-stocking and 12 months of aging in new or young oak shape the wines.
