Château de Chamboureau is a family-owned Loire Valley estate revived by the Fournier-Longchamps family. Founded by Philip Fournier in 2006, it passed to his son Julien Fournier in 2009, who oversees the winemaking alongside Hugues Daubercies. Its steep, well-exposed schist vineyards are organically certified and the domaine is transitioning toward biodynamic farming. The wines are made from manually harvested grapes, with low yields, no malolactic fermentation and ageing on the lees, reflecting a precise, hands-on approach across its appellations, including Savennières.
