Founded in 1957, Cave des Hautes-Côtes is a member-owned, solidarity-based cooperative in Burgundy, bringing together local winegrowers across the Côte de Beaune, Côte de Nuits and Hautes-Côtes. Its broad portfolio spans regional appellations through Premier and Grand Crus. The cooperative emphasizes responsible farming through Vignerons Engagés and Vignerons Développement Durable initiatives, alongside EU organic operator certification covering organic, conversion and mixed production. With its collective structure and shared commitment to the vineyards, Cave des Hautes-Côtes represents a collaborative approach to Burgundy winemaking rather than the vision of a single named producer.
