Bodegas Gormaz, in Ribera del Duero’s Soria area, is part of the Hispanobodegas group and evolved from a cooperative into individually owned estates in the late 1970s. Its vineyards are spread across numerous small sites, with low-yield, terroir-focused farming and many old bush-trained vines; no formal sustainability certification is listed. Winemaking has been led by María José García since 1999. The range includes young, Roble and Crianza reds made from Tinta del País, alongside Verdejo whites, reflecting a traditional expression of the region.
