Bodegas Alconde is based in Lerín, Navarra, where it was founded in 1956 by a group of small local viticulturists who joined forces to make quality wines. The winery remains rooted in that collective, multigenerational grower tradition. Its vineyards are largely old, with many parcels over 50 years old and some reaching 100 years, on poor calcareous soils with abundant stones in a climate shaped by cold winters, warm summers, and the cierzo wind. Alconde is a pioneer of regenerative viticulture in Navarra, applying low-intervention, environmentally respectful farming focused on soil recovery, biodiversity, and natural methods. The wines are described as balanced, fresh, smooth, and easy to drink, made to reflect the character of Lerín and its varieties.
