Los Vascos is a Colchagua Valley estate in Chile’s Central Valley, owned by Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite) since 1988. It combines Bordeaux know-how with Chilean terroir, focusing on varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Carménère, Syrah and Chardonnay. Sustainability is a defining part of the estate’s approach: it follows the Code of Sustainability of Wines of Chile, is a certified B Corporation, uses solar energy, recycling, water reuse, drip irrigation, green harvesting and sheep-based fertilisation, with organic vineyards already certified and more in conversion. Winemaking is led by Maximiliano Correa, with Philippe Rolet as CEO.
