Viña Indómita is a Chilean winery based in Casablanca, with wines sourced from several valleys including Casablanca, Maipo and Maule. It is owned by winemakers as a cooperative, with a modern team focused on regional varietal expressions. The winery places strong emphasis on sustainability, holding certifications including Wine of Chile Certified Sustainable, Organic, Biodynamic (Demeter) and Vin Méthode Nature, while also pursuing carbon-neutral and Fair Trade goals. Practices include waste-water treatment, renewable energy, water and energy efficiency, lightweight bottles, and native forest and wildlife conservation. In Casablanca’s cool Pacific-influenced climate, the estate highlights slow ripening, acidity and mineral salinity, while its Gran Reserva wines are described as characterful, powerful and expressive of place.
