Tolloy is a family-owned winery in Salorno, Alto Adige, rooted in Johann Tolloy’s 18th-century inn and still operating from the same historic building under the name Kellerei Salurn. Its wines are produced through a commercial and technical partnership between Gruppo Mezzacorona and Cantina di Salorno, combining joint ownership and operational collaboration. The range focuses on Alto Adige DOC varieties including Pinot Grigio, Gewürztraminer, Chardonnay, Pinot Nero, and Lagrein.
