Tenute Dettori is a family-run estate in Sardinia, led by Paolo Dettori and winemaker Alessandro Dettori. Rooted in the historic Romangia area, the family traces its wine history back to the 19th century and works ancient local vines, including old clones from the zone. The estate follows certified biodynamic and organic farming, with hand-picked fruit, no irrigation, and practices such as returning vineyard residues to the soil. In the cellar, the approach is deliberately low-intervention: natural fermentations with wild yeasts, vinification in cement, no oak, very low sulphur, and in some notes no filtration. The wines are produced in limited, numbered quantities and are presented as single-vineyard expressions of Romangia, with lightweight, recycled or FSC-certified packaging reflecting the estate’s broader sustainability focus.
