Verdejo

Palacio de Bornos is a fifth-generation, family-owned winery of the Sanz family, based in Castilla y León and cultivating vineyards across Rueda, Pollos and La Seca. The estate was the first in Spain certified by the ECOMETHOD sustainable viticulture program, using exclusive foliar nutrition to reduce soil fertilisation and CO₂ emissions. Its wines include Verdejo, Sauvignon Blanc and sparkling Frizzante Verdejo. Winemaking is led by enólogo Sergio Hernández, who also created the limited-edition “Colección de Familia” range.
