Mas Fi Brut

Masachs Estate is a family-owned Cava producer in Penedès, now run by the third generation, Josep and Joan Masachs. The family owns approximately 43 hectares of vineyards on typical Mediterranean soils and continues a winemaking lineage established by Josep Masachs Llorach and his son, Josep Masachs Juvé. Sustainability and regional ties are central to the estate’s approach: around 7% of the vineyards and the cellars are certified organic, the winery is Kosher certified, and the family supports local growers, regional employment, and indigenous grape varieties. Its Cavas are produced for a predominantly domestic market.
