Founded in 1967, Les Vignobles Foncalieu is a union of cooperatives bringing together around 650 winegrowers in Languedoc-Roussillon. Its vineyards are organically cultivated, and the wines are vegan certified, reflecting a clear commitment to sustainable production. The cooperative model places collective grower ownership at the heart of the estate rather than single-family control. Foncalieu produces wines from approximately 4,000 hectares, with a significant share destined for the UK market.
