Le Brun-Servenay is a family-owned producer in Champagne with more than 150 years of history. The house works with vineyards on the chalk soils of the Côte des Blancs and focuses on Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Meunier. Farming is described as sustainable, though no organic or biodynamic certification is mentioned. Harvesting is done by hand, followed by gentle pressing, stainless-steel fermentation at cool temperatures, and around five months of lees ageing. The broader Le Brun family story also includes Domaine Le Brun in the Loire Valley, founded in 1861 and now run by sixth-generation winemaker Laurent Lebrun.
