Lake Breeze is a fourth-generation, family-owned winery in Langhorne Creek, South Australia, where the Follett family has grown grapes since 1888. Greg Follett has led winemaking since 1992, alongside Roger in export and sales and Tim managing the vineyards. The estate focuses on selected fruit from old vines, many more than 55 years old, producing approachable, drink-now wines as well as acclaimed Cabernet. Traditional winter flooding with Bremer River water helps sustain the dry-grown vines and replenish soil fertility; no formal sustainability certifications are noted.
