Laetitia is a coastal California estate in the Arroyo Grande Valley, founded in 1982 by French Champagne house Maison Deutz. Located four miles from the Pacific, its foggy mornings, sunny days, cool evenings, limestone-rich soils, and long growing season shape fresh, balanced wines with intensity and complexity. The estate focuses on handcrafted, small-lot Pinot Noir and traditional-method sparkling wines, drawing on Burgundy and Champagne traditions while embracing innovation. Laetitia emphasizes sustainable and regenerative farming, including a block-by-block renewal of aging vineyards with carefully selected clones and rootstocks, cover crops, and natural regeneration. During this restoration, it continues working with trusted local vineyard partners committed to quality and sustainability.
